I write the part of a product nobody sees and everybody depends on. Mostly Python: Django REST and FastAPI services on Kubernetes and AWS, carrying thousands of users and their requests through an ordinary Tuesday without anyone noticing.

I have led software development teams and set the review and release habits they run on, and my code has gone out into logistics fleets, executive vehicles, developer platforms and defence systems. These days most of my attention goes to agentic AI: the workflows and frameworks that let agents cooperate, and the discipline of making them show their evidence before they are believed.
